Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Mark Carmi, I reside in Wright City Mo. I have remodeled thousands of homes in the St. Louis greater metropolitan area over last 40+ years, possibly homes in your neighborhood; heck my children may have or attended school with yours. I am the Proud Owner of Professional Roofing & Contracting Services. I am 58 years young; I have been in the construction industry since I was 14 years of age, where I learned from an old school carpenter. He taught me the values of a job done right the first time which I am now teaching my son so one day this company is his. I started my business back in 1984 where today we still practice those values. Throughout the years I have taken on many construction projects such as Interior & Exterior remodel. This includes room additions, bathrooms, kitchens, finish basements, custom carpentry and new homes. Back in 2001 the hail storm hit St. Louis were at that point I started focusing on exterior storm restoration and specializing in working with homeowners settling their insurance claims. Since then I have built up a very impressive cliental list with thousands of satisfied customers. I have also been paid as a field consultant from other companies, to train their people in all phases of the insurance claims process. During the winter I would travel out of state to do this, places like Louisiana during hurricane Katrina, were I settled over 185 Homeowner claims, Denver CO, Kansas City MO and KS. I have worked with some of the best out there along the way and it has made my company better. The one thing I have learned is no matter where you go customer service is the most important thing a company can provide to its homeowners.
